The count changes each month
A 28-day month contains exactly 20 weekdays when Saturday and Sunday are excluded. Months with 29, 30, or 31 days can contain between 20 and 23 weekdays depending on which day of the week the month begins.
This is a weekday count, not necessarily a working-day count. Public holidays and company closures can reduce the number of actual workdays.
