How to print custom-size paper?

Create or select the same custom dimensions in the document, print dialog, and printer settings before printing.

Set up a custom paper size

  1. Check the printer manual for its minimum and maximum supported paper dimensions.
  2. Load the custom sheet and adjust the paper guides so the sheet feeds straight.
  3. Create or select the custom width and height in Printer Properties or Page Setup.
  4. Set the document or PDF to the same orientation and dimensions.
  5. Review the preview and print one test sheet.

Avoid unexpected scaling

If the application cannot use the custom dimensions, it may scale the page to a nearby standard size. Confirm the displayed paper size and percentage before printing a calendar with precise borders or writing boxes.
