Can I print a Google Calendar?

Yes. Google Calendar can print day, week, month, schedule, or four-day views from its desktop website.

Print Google Calendar

  1. On a computer, open Google Calendar and choose the date range or view you want.
  2. Open the Settings menu and select Print.
  3. In the preview, choose the font size, orientation, color style, and whether to show weekends.
  4. Select Print and choose a physical printer, or select Save as PDF as the destination.

Control what appears

Hide any calendars you do not want included before opening the print preview. Google Calendar can also print a schedule view with event descriptions when those details are needed.
