How to print a PDF without margins?

Borderless PDF printing requires a printer and paper setting that support edge-to-edge output; otherwise a small margin remains.

Check for borderless printing

  1. Open the PDF and select Print.
  2. Open Printer Properties or Preferences and look for Borderless or Edge-to-edge printing.
  3. Select the exact paper size and a compatible paper type.
  4. Choose Actual size or 100% scale and inspect the preview for cropping.
  5. Print one test page before printing the full file.

When borderless is unavailable

Many office printers have a non-printable edge. In that case, select Fit to keep the entire calendar visible, or print on larger paper and trim it. Increasing the scale can remove white space but may crop dates or borders.
