How to print in scale?

Select Actual size or 100% in the print dialog when a PDF must print at its original dimensions.

Print at the original scale

  1. Open the PDF and select Print.
  2. Choose the paper size that matches the PDF.
  3. Under page sizing, select Actual size or enter 100% as the custom scale.
  4. Turn off Fit, Shrink oversized pages, or other automatic scaling options.
  5. Check the preview and print a test page.

When Fit is the better choice

Use Fit when the PDF and loaded paper are different sizes or when your printer cannot reach the page edges. The document will no longer be at exact scale, but all calendar content should remain visible.
